Where Scrutor processes personal data on your behalf, this DPA forms part of your agreement with us. Scrutor acts as processor; your organization remains controller for customer and campaign data you upload.
Enterprise customers may request a countersigned DPA or standard contractual clauses by emailing support@scrutor.ai with your company name and billing contact.
